Off to Camp

So the timing of starting my journey is gonna be interesting.  I'm off to Boy Scout Summer Camp at Camp Manatoc.  I'm hoping I can take advantage of the fresh air, and lots of walking around and camp food to kick start my weight loss.  Two problems, no craft beer and no computer.  Wish me luck and I will post the results of my week when I return. 

What do you do to kick start an exercise or weight loss routine?

  1. Good luck on the new diet. I'm getting back on one too, which ticks me off. I can't believe how I let myself lose the fitness I acquired last year. Anyway....to kick start the process, I focus on drinking more water. It helps with the hand to mouth thing and flushes out the bad stuff.

    Hope you're having fun at Camp! You might be surprised how much you accomplish there.

  2. Thanks. I know how you feel, one day doing ok, next thing you know, Yikes!
    I drank a ton of liquid this past week, now if I can survive the long weekend of parties and BBQ!
